Adapt versus other languages Parser

Hi,
I would like to anderstand how Adapt stands compare to other language parser like the Stanford Parser, NLTK etc? Are they playing in the same yard or there is something different I don’t get?
Thank you

Hi @Franck, great question, however one I don’t have a straightforward answer for you on I’m afraid.

We have some documentation on Adapt, but it doesn’t go into enough detail to provide comparisons with NLTK or Stanford across attributes like tokenisation, name entity recognition (NER), parts of speech, chunking and so on.

If you’re after a general comparison approach, I found this research article really useful.

Is there something in particular you’re looking to compare and I can ask internally for you?

Best, Kathy
