Aiy-dkms install failed

during the install of last picroft stable image something has gone wrong with aiy Kernel module
now in alsamixer the device snd_rpi_googlevoicehat_soundcar shows This sound device does not have any controls.

Setting up aiy-dkms (1.1-2) ...

I have seen that too - didnt got time to investegate,. I think what I did were uninstalling aiy-dkms and updated

sudo apt-get remove aiy-dkms
sudo apt-get update 
sudo apt-get upgrade

and my picroft seems to be working without that…So need to be investegated if it is neede or not or how to change so it dosnt fail. Or maybe it just failing on building for kernel 4.19.75+. I dont know jey.
