Look for the device number of the earphone and add it to configuration.
Step 3 of this wiki page provides the details. Look for your earphone instead of the loopback device that wiki page refers to.

I were you able to do it ? I have a UE boom but I am not able to make it work. I had problem to connect the Bluetooth alone. And didn’t find where to change in the config files.
Is someone could give me more infos?
