Controlling an Ecobee with Mycroft?

Hey there, wondering if anyone’s had any success getting Mycroft to control an Ecobee thermostat. I’ve just started looking into the project because I moved into a house with an Ecobee4 installed, the one with Alexa built in, and haha yeah no thank you to that. But I’d still love to try voice controlling it somehow now that I have it.

Is there an existing skill that would interface with an Ecobee or is that the kinda thing I’d need to develop?

To my knowledge there is no specific skill, but Ecobee is supported by Homeassistant and there is a HA-skill for Mycroft available.
