I stumbled across this blog today from Sir Tim Berners-Lee in his vision and now active pursuit to re-invent the internet and to empower individuals with their own data. Some alignment with the view and rational behind mycroft.ai in my opinion.

Sounds interesting if it actually can happen
Yeah I had a brief look at SOLID when it was announced but haven’t seen anything really since.
Such an enormous shift will take a long time though.
