Issues editing mycroft.conf file

Hey there,
I have already gone through the following link suggested to me by many:

mycroft.conf

But I have no experience whatsoever in programming so I do not know how to edit the mycroft.conf file. I am just trying to change the wake word at the moment and add a hotwords block to it. Maybe somebody here is kind enough to help?

What sort of wake word are you attempting to change to?
