The latest blog on 19.02 mentions an update to Picroft, where can I find that? The download link is pulling the 2018-09 version.

I do not have a picroft, but on Mark I you can ask for the version and then it says to upgrade.
You can try it on picroft to see if that works.
“Hey Mycroft, what is your version”
If not, Mycroft dev will release soon the 19.02 build soon.

Great to hear the update went off without a hitch 
We will also release new Picroft and Mark 1 images based on 19.02 once we make sure everything is rock solid. There are a few tweaks being worked on over the next few weeks before we’ll package them up.
