Recently my Mark 1 stopped working pretty much all together. I tried everything up to and including a factory reset and it still has not made a peep. I have gotten him to boot to blue eyes, and the mycroft account shows he is connected. The wake work triggers the noise and mouth animation, but there is never response to commands.
Does anyone have any ideas of what could be the issue here?
