The mosquito speak skill is now ready for Python 3. During the migration the code was simplified, and the potential live update problems was solved (i hope).
The Python3 version is on the 18.2.6b branch in my GitHub repository here: https://github.com/CarstenAgerskov/skill-mosquito-speak/tree/18.2.6b
