:ferris_wheel: Introducing the ask_selection() method

This provides a simpler method for Skill developers who need to ask users to select from a list of options. Using this method will simplify your code, and automatically handles fuzzy matching as well as selecting using a number eg “third”.

Big thanks to Jarbas and all the Community members who tested it out pre-release.
