Hi,
I’m using PiCroft v0.8b 2017-01-26 on my RPi3.
So my session is invalid after every reboot and I don’t know how to repair the device.

Other than that, it seems to be working fine?
Right now there isn’t much of a remote configuration, so that’s just a warning. It should work most of the time and just serves to update the local configuration. So changes made on home.mycroft.ai that are currently implemented are pulled down.
When it boots, you should be running Mycroft Core Version: 0.8.6

I have not seen that issue.
Has Mycroft updated? What version does it say it’s running when you boot?
You could also try deleting your identity file and re-registering via home.mycroft.ai
