Mycroft_web_cache.json missing

After running bash dev_setup.sh and running ./start-mycroft.sh cli, I am shown that

/var/tmp/mycroft_web_cache.json is missing.There is no file in /var/tmp/ .
I have even searched the entire directory and found no such file anywhere.
I have also run the dev_setup.sh multiple times, but the same error.

Any idea what to do about this?

The only alternative I see is to create the JSON file manually.Any other ideas?

Follow the instructions of Mycroft and register your device at home.mycroft.ai.

It will then create the file when registered.
