Today the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals vacated in its entirety the March 2021 preliminary injunction that effectively restrained Mycroft’s free speech rights. The decision is linked here for reference. While the underlying lawsuit remains ongoing, this decision represents a clear victory for Mycroft.
As we have said since the beginning, neither Mycroft nor anyone associated with Mycroft participated in, directed or encouraged the alleged cyberattacks of which Mycroft has been accused. Mycroft condemns harassment of any kind and has defended and will continue to defend itself through proper legal means. We are confident—and today’s decision strongly suggests—that we ultimately will prevail against the plaintiffs’ baseless claims.
