Picroft core , where it is?

Hi,

I’m trying to setup a picroft in french, and the mycroft.conf is deep into
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/mycroft_core-18.2.3-py2.7.egg/mycroft

So first question is : Is it classic installation ?
Second question is : why does it mean when mycroft answer not.loaded to speak instruction ?

Thanks

Hi,

that is where the package is installed yes.

You should however not do changes in the config there, it will be overwritten when Mycroft is updated. Instead change either the config in /etc/mycroft/mycroft.conf or create a new config in /home/mycroft/.mycroft (called mycroft.conf). The configs stack so you only need to add things that differ from the default config.

Question 2: This will be spoken if Mycroft couldn’t find an intent and the ‘not.loaded.dialog’ file isn’t translated to the current language.
