Hello!
I installed PiCroft, on my pi obviously (Raspberry Pi 3) I connected it to the internet and registered it. After registering it I tried saying “Hey Mycroft” (it heard it) I said what time is it? (It said, unable to get the answer, or something like that) so then I rebooted it. After rebooting, it was no longer listening to my microphone

Hi, have you tried unplugging your mic, and rebooting.
Also is your mike CM108 based as suggested on github https://github.com/MycroftAI/enclosure-picroft.
I have just spent a lot of time reading about what mic to use, and loss of response was an issue on one that was cheap at auction and (a Blue Yeti USB mic) was solved by unplugging all connections and reinstalling the drivers.
