Problem Starting Picroft

Hi,
I am encountering error when i start picroft the error is:-
Failed to fetch remote configuration : ConnectionError (MaxRetryError(“HttpsConnectionPool(host=‘api.mycroft,ai,port=443’)”)) Max retries exceeded with url /v1/device//settings
