Problem with usb soundcard and mic

Yesterday, i installed picroft.My problem is that the Mic doesnot work.The name of the Usbsoundcard is “pnp usb soundcard”.The mic worked with alexa and google assitant, but is not working with picroft.Audio works normally.I have tried troubleshooting with docs of mycroft it but did not work
PS:ALSAMIXER DETECTS THE SOUNDCARD AND MIC

Basic Install & Initial Test = Fail

I have a RPi 3 B+ with the Respeaker 2-mic and basic Logitech speakers plugged into the audio jack and USB (for power). I have Raspbian Buster Lite installed. Followed the standard install of the Respeaker device.
