Sound Not Working

Hello

Last week when I left for office, the audio was working perfect. (Raspberry 3B, Picroft 20.8)

I come today, and the audio has stopped working. I checked whether the headphones are working (they are!).

I went through the suggestions listed on the link without any success.

What could be the issue?

P.S: The firmware went through an upgrade so did Mycroft

The microphone started working. But the earpiece is still not working. Can’t hear anything.

When I try using the command:

pactl set-default-source 3
pactl set-default-sink 5

It gives the following error:
Failure: No such Entity
