Time Change on PiCroft

How do you change the time on the PiCroft?

I have tried to access the sudo raspi-config once the Pi is booted up completely by typing the command but nothing happens.

Please advise how to change settings?

Once the PiCroft software is loaded you can press CTRL+C to enter into the command line, from there you can enter in sudo raspi-config to edit the config file.

to exit back to see the log, type view_log

now the question is, what location is south africa?

The intended method to set the time is to do it via the web settings:

  • https://home.mycroft.ai
  • Go to devices and click on your paired device
  • Enter the location (start typing then select from the drop down)
  • Press the save button at the top of the page.
