Winston update (synced servo movement)

I just implemented new Arduino code to tie mouth servo movement into the standard enclosure generated visemes. The previous solution was some simple run/stop code that watched for activity on the I2S audio lines. Unfortunately, that meant whenever music played or audio tones were generated, the mouth moved. This new solution only moves the servos when Winston speaks.

Next up is the sing along with the Furbies and Jolly Chimp.
