I attempted to pair my newly arrived Mark II and it failed to pair (I’d be redirected to the login screen) repeatedly until I decided to try setting my location to New York instead of Puerto Rico.
There are a few issues here:
- Puerto Rico is listed as a separate country (it is a territory of the United States)
- Selecting Puerto Rico makes it impossible to complete the pairing process
- After setting up using New York as my location, attempting to change the location to Puerto Rico results in “Error updating device” - other device updates work just fine though.
