Messagebus "open" docs seems misplaced

I am not entirely sure what the “open” message does on the mycroft message bus.

The docs say it is an acknowldge message saying “websocket connection has closed”

Looking at it looks like “close”'s note seems to be for the “reconnecting”, and “reconnecting”'s is what “open” should be.
